Get the upgrade-readiness status of this cluster

GET 
/

Reports the state of every registered upgrade-readiness condition (e.g. RDBMS schema migration, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch schema migration, RocksDB snapshot migration, exporter flush), grouped by physical tenant. The set of conditions in the response reflects which provider beans are currently registered in this process — not every condition is necessarily present yet, so upgradeable should not be treated as meaningful until every planned condition is registered.
