List all exporters

List all exporters and their status whether they are enabled or disabled. Exporters are configured per physical tenant, so the same exporter id may exist in some tenants only and may be in a different state in each of them. Without the physicalTenant parameter every physical tenant is listed, grouped by tenant; with it, only the given physical tenant is listed. Every entry names the physical tenant it belongs to either way.
